In 2000, when Software-as-a-Service was in its infancy (the same year SalesForce.com was introduced), Specific Impulse launched StageOne™, a powerful hosted control panel for managing virtually any web site content and business information.

Using StageOne, companies can manage all their business processes, information sharing, sales intelligence, customer relationship management, and eMarketing needs, without requiring IT hand-holding and without staff needing to be trained in HTML or other web technologies.

An early member of the Allaire partner program, we built StageOne on the robust and scalable ColdFusion Java application server (now owned by Adobe). StageOne supports traditional database-driven development, AJAX/RIA and Flash MX. But StageOne is also offered on a SaaS model, and supports PHP, ASP.Net, and Java applications through web services and an XML layer.
